Thoughts By Rob was established in 1977 to promote original southwestern style fine art and sculpture.

By 1986, the company's focus had evolved from finished art pieces to use of the artist's designs as ceramic decals. This change received a warm reception from the ceramic industry as southwestern designs had been growing in popularity but had been previously unavailable in decal form.

In 1992 the company shortened the name to TBR Decals and added new exclusive designs created by other artists.

The product offerings have continued to grow in recent years and now include a variety of graphic sayings, velvet coats, decorative art pastes, oil colors, pen & ink sets, and patterns in addition to hundreds of decal designs.

As a family business, TBR has grown over the past 30 years from a modest local market to international recognition.
